Unfound Creations offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

We design, manufacture and supply, custom-crafted, bespoke works made from (but not limited to) glass fibre reinforced concrete (GRC / GFRC), wood, resin, polymer clay, various metals, acrylic, paper and paints. If you want to know more about what we do, see our About Us page.

By placing an order with Unfound Creations, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have parents' permission to buy from us.

All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Unfound Creations as responsible for the personal information.

Shipping costs and payment fees are recognised before confirming the purchase or will be confirmed on a per project basis.

Certain products may be available exclusively online through this website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of Unfound Limited. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Unfound Limited as responsible for the personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, to provide offers and information on our catalogue to you. The information you provide is only available to Unfound Limited and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request Unfound Creations to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting Unfound Creations Conditions, you agree to the above.

 

Payment

All products remain Unfound Creations property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognised before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from Unfound Creations.

All transfers conducted through Unfound Creations are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

 

Local Taxes

Please note: goods delivered internationally (outside of New Zealand) may be subject to import duties and taxes. Any taxes will be payable when the goods reach their destination. Unfortunately, Unfound Creations have no control or liability for them. The liability for payment of such customs duties rests solely with you. Unfound Creations is not responsible for any additional fees including import or other taxes, please check your countries customs systems before purchasing from us.

Additional information: Unfound Creations reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, Unfound Creations has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Unfound Creations shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.

 

Warranty

Our warranty applies to the original purchaser for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing faults and defects occurring in the materials. If an item should fail as a result of a manufacturing fault or defect under normal use, Unfound Creations at their discretion will replace the failed item. Improper use or modification of any furniture or homeware, or use of aftermarket LED drivers, not supplied with a light fitting, will void all warranties offered.

Unfound Creations reserves the right to substitute failed items with a different size and/or coloured item, should the original size and/or colour no longer be available. Any replacement will be for the failed item only. The original warranty period is not extended in the event of a replacement.

The warranty does not cover, but is not limited to, the following: damage caused by incorrect or unreasonable use, normal wear and tear, failure to provide proper care and maintenance, marking from use, normal fading due to lights or sunlight, scratching, staining, discolouration, oxidisation or damage caused by contact with unsuitable chemicals or materials, or damage due to obvious vandalism such as cuts or graffiti.

When appropriate due care and preventative maintenance is applied, we can ensure your items will generally last well beyond your expectations and the warranty period specified.

For liability reasons, Unfound Creations does not give recommendations on how to wire or what applications to use their products. Actions such as hard wiring a pendant set or altering any type of light fixture from our products should be done so at your own risk.  Please consult a licensed electrician for all electrical and wiring enquiries.
