While we take every precaution to ensure our products arrive safely, on the rare occasion, damages can occur in transport. Note that goods should not be signed for if exterior damage is evident i.e corners of box look as though they have been severely damaged in transport etc. It is crucial to please reject delivery as we will be notified from the driver that the goods have been refused, allowing us to lodge a claim with ease.
All goods MUST be inspected for damages within 24 hours of receiving. Please get in touch with our team as soon as damages have been noticed and we will be in touch with our courier service to try and rectify this issue. If a damage claim has been issued after the 24-hour notice period, no claim for damaged goods will be accepted.
Unfound Creations requires an address that offers reasonable access for transport to drop off. Goods cannot be delivered on unpaved roads unless specifically arrange prior.

Return Policy
Most of our products are made to order. Once the order has been placed, we will commence manufacture and are unable to make changes to your order unless it is a bespoke project we are collaborating on. We do not offer a change of mind policy. We pride ourselves on our high-quality workmanship and we are bound by New Zealand law to refund or exchange products that are not fit for purpose, all products are covered by our warranty. Any costs incurred for the return of products are to be met by the original purchaser.

Colour representation on-screen
Although care is taken to ensure images are not misrepresented, colours are not exact matches due to variance in printer standards and monitor calibration. Please use the images as a reference. Exchanges for a discrepancy in colour will be treated as a change of mind and our standard refund and exchange terms apply.
Our Art and Photo Print orders are fulfilled by Gelato.com who process orders in the country of purchase as far as possible. This ensures the fastest delivery time possible, rather than us shipping from New Zealand. This does, however, mean that we are not responsible for the final print quality received. If, on receipt of a print, you find the quality below your expectations please get in contact with us to we can arrange for the print to be sent to us and another one sent out to you.
